What We Build — Tashdal develops luxury new construction homes through two complementary paths. Both approaches are guided by the same principles: strong architecture, disciplined planning and a refined living experience. Our homes typically range from approximately 4,000 to 6,000+ square feet and reflect traditional, transitional, contemporary, and modern farmhouse influences. The majority of our homes are delivered as semi-custom residences, sold prior to construction and guided through a structured design and selections process that maintains clear alignment around scope, budget and timeline. We also develop move-in-ready homes designed and built to a high standard, featuring thoughtful layouts, elevated finishes and broad buyer appeal.

 

Our Approach – Every Tashdal home is guided by disciplined planning, refined architecture, and a clear, intentional build process.
